4 types of people who get the most out of this

Psst - see below if this isn't a fit for you right now

Hi Reader,

Registration for the fall cohort of Joyfully Managed Worklife is open.

Almost 100 people have completed this program in the first 5 cohorts. Instead of listing what's inside it, I'd rather tell you the four types of people it works really well for:

Type 1 - Your responsibilities grew. You got promoted, or your team grew, or something at home now needs a meaningful amount of your time that wasn't true before. The systems that used to work need to catch up.

Type 2 - You're talented and working harder than you need to. Excellent output, effortful process. People love working with you, and you bring a lot to your team. But if we're honest, you've just always been a little disorganized, and you would be pretty dang unstoppable if you closed that gap.

Type 3 - You're new to the role and building your approach right now. You're figuring it out as you go. With some dedicated support to build your systems on purpose, you'd reach the effectiveness you'd otherwise get to in a few years — but instead, you'd get there this fall.

Type 4 - You already know all of this and haven't had the room to use it. You talk fluently about systems. What you've been short on is protected time to use them, and someone experienced to ask when you hit a barrier in your own context.

If one of those sounded like you, the details are below.

Four Tuesdays in September (the 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th), 10 am PT / 1 pm ET / 6 pm London, 90 minutes each. $997. I keep the group small on purpose.

Registration closes September 7, or whenever the cohort fills. This fall cohort traditionally sells out before it starts.

Here's everything about the fall cohort.

P.S. If reading those four felt more like "someone on my team needs this" than "I need this" — hit reply and I'll send you the fit guide I put together for managers.
