Before you decide — let me answer a few things

Psst - over the next week or so, I'll be sharing more about The Society - what's inside, why I created it, what the new members are already asking about, and more. If you'd rather not hear about it, but you'd like to stay on my general email list for Friday Five and/or other emails, you can click here, and I won't email you about The Society anymore. No hard feelings! I respect your inbox.

Hi Reader,

I've gotten some really good questions this week about The Joyfully Managed Life™ Society, and I figured if a few people are wondering, more of you probably are too.

So let me just... answer them.

"Is it really worth $27/month?"

Here's how I'd think about it: you're probably already paying for apps you don't use, courses you haven't finished, or subscriptions you forgot to cancel. This is $27 for expert answers to your actual questions, a ready-to-use resource every month, and a structure that helps you actually implement things — not just learn about them. If even one thing you use saves you time, reduces stress, or makes a decision easier, it's already paid for itself.

"I'm really busy. Will I actually use this?"

I built it specifically for people who would ask this question. Everything is async — there are no required live calls. You can Ask Jess a question anytime by typing it or just talking into your phone. The Monthly Drop is designed to be used quickly, not to sit in a pile. Get It Done Weeks give you structure to implement in small windows of time. You don't have to show up for everything. You just show up when it matters to you.

"I don't have kids — is this still for me?"

Yes. The Society is for busy professionals and leaders regardless of family situation. "Life ops" covers everything outside of work that takes up mental and logistical bandwidth — and that's true whether you have kids, pets, aging parents, a side project, or just a life that requires more decisions than hours in the day.

"What if I join and it's not what I expected?"

You can cancel anytime — right from the website or just email me and I'll take care of it. No questions asked. You'll keep access through the end of your billing cycle. I'd genuinely rather you try it and leave than never try it at all.

"I'm still not sure this is what I need..."

That's okay too. If you're looking to learn one specific thing, I've got standalone resources like Refresh Your Work Systems, The Complete Gmail Cleanup Toolkit, or Plan Your Week that might be a better starting point. But if what you really need is ongoing, personalized support for both work and life — and someone in your back pocket who actually knows this stuff — that's what The Society is built for.

"What platform is this on? Is it another app I have to manage?"

It's built on a simple website called MemberVault — not a Facebook group, not a new social channel. When I send you links to new resources, it'll take you straight there, usually without even having to log in. You'll be able to find everything in one place. It's intentionally low-friction.

Still have a question I didn't cover? Hit reply and ask me — I mean it. That's kind of my whole thing.
