Whirlwind week over here - running a large event, hanging with The Joyfully Managed Life Society members in a live workshop (I loved seeing your faces and talking weekend reset strategy!), and trying to fit in regular life between a personal trip last week and a work trip this week (writing to you from my hotel room). Weeks like these require the most ruthless of prioritization, and that's hard for my hundred-miles-an-hour ideas brain - anyone else have times like this?
Also, you all sent me some cool things you're doing with "vibe coding" (Lovable is a common tool folks are using for this) these days - but I want to hear more! I'll round them up and share next week. Hit reply if you've done some vibe coding that you can share to help the rest of us with ideas!
This is why we love the internet: The comments here. So good.
Talk to Your Boys: If you have boys in your life, try to make it to this convo on Thursday. I love joining Rachel's online events (last month's was truly a game-changer for me as a mom), but I'll be chaperoning a field trip for the coolest little boy in my life that day, so I can't join live. So y'all go and tell me what you learn! It's a discussion about a book, but you don't need to read the book to join the conversation - the book is Talk to Your Boys - 16 Conversations to Help Tweens and Teens Grow into Confident, Caring Young Men, which is a USA Today national bestseller and recommended by Common Sense Media. Rachel will send you an article and an author interview to watch ahead of the discussion. That way, you'll be up to speed for the discussion, so you can join whether or not you read the book. Sign up here (free).
Another use for PB jars: I shared a few weeks ago about using those last bits of peanut butter in the jar to make a pasta sauce, and one of you (hi Emily!) suggested another cool idea that I'm absolutely going to do in my own home - using cleaned-out peanut butter jars to hold onto extra paint for touch-ups. How smart! Not as bulky or hard to open and use as those big gallons, and easier to seal well.

2 Productivity Coaches with ADHD Walk Into a... A friend introduced me to Alexis years ago, and she and I are very much kindred spirits. I love following her work and hanging out with her. We are both very organized, both diagnosed formally with ADHD, and that often doesn't jibe with what folks think about how ADHD brains work. I joined her podcast recently where we talked about how there's many ways to be organized - like how I hate time-blocking and she loves the practice. Listen here - the mutual friends who have listened already have told us they picked up some practical tips!
