Psst - over the next week or so, I'll be sharing more about The Society - what's inside, why I created it, what the new members are already asking about, and more. If you'd rather not hear about it, but you'd like to stay on my general email list for Friday Five and/or other emails, you can click here, and I won't email you about The Society anymore. No hard feelings! I respect your inbox.
Hi Reader,
I want to step back from what The Joyfully Managed Life™ Society includes for a second and tell you why it exists.
Because here's what I believe, deeply (though I didn't always...)
Thriving at work and at home is not an either/or. It's not something reserved for people with more money, more help, or fewer responsibilities. Life should feel way less hard than it currently does for most of us. And I think it can.
I built The Society because I kept having the same conversation, over and over, with smart, capable people who were holding so much together — at work, at home, in their families, on their teams — and still feeling like they were constantly one step behind.
Not because they lacked ideas. Not because they weren't trying. But because they didn't have the right support at the right moments.
So let me tell you who The Joyfully Managed Life Society is really for.
It's for the person who's leading a team at work and also trying to figure out what's for dinner — and feels the weight of both.
It's for the person who has a Google Doc of "things I want to implement" that they haven't touched in three months.
It's for the person who does well in their career but feels like their home life is held together by duct tape and good intentions. Or vice versa. Or both, on different days.
It's for the person who's tried the apps, listened to the podcasts, and read the articles — and still feels like they're figuring it out alone.
It's for the person who doesn't need more information. They need someone in their back pocket who actually gets it.
That's the mission here: to close the gap between knowing what would help and actually having the structure, the support, and the nudge to do it.
Not through a massive content library you'll never finish. Not through a noisy group chat. Through practical, right-in-time support from someone who does this work every single day — for herself and for other people just like you.
If that sounds like what you've been looking for, I'd love to have you inside.
Join The Society — founding member pricing is available now (but for less than a week).
Jess
P.S. Here's the emails I sent before about this:
